Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
Access Property Management (UK) Limited (company number 08728409), Standard House, 107–115 Eastmoor Street, London SE7 8LX, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at info@apmuk.co.uk or on 020 8853 3123.
What we collect
- Details you send through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry, the property and your message.
- Anything you tell us when you email or call us, including repair reports and photos.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, deal with repairs and complaints, and manage your tenancy, lease or occupation. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you or taking steps at your request before one, complying with our legal obligations as a landlord or managing agent, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
- Companies in the Lita Homes group that own or maintain your building, including Access Building Contractors Ltd for repairs.
- Contractors we send to carry out repairs, who receive only the details they need.
- Our website host, which receives form submissions on our behalf, and our property management software provider.
- The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, where you have paid a deposit.
We do not sell your information. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to further dealings for up to two years. Tenancy, lease and repair records are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years after the tenancy or our involvement ends.
